How much does tailoring cost?

Depends on the dress to be tailored. Followings are average costs charged by Fashion boutiques in Nepal. (Normal stitching charges without materials). There is no fixed rules for charging, each boutiques have its own rates and pricing strategies. Price is normally lowered to attract customers who care more about price then quality of stitching.

How long does it take for my dress to be ready?

Easy answers, 1 or 2 or 3 or more Days. But don't be surprised that deliveries always are delayed!  No Electricity for ironing. The tailor master did not come. I was sick and so to were my designers. There was a strike called Nepal Bandda. We could not find the thread for your color. The dying agent didn't finish it on time. We could not find suitable buttons for your clothes and many more excuses.... Give at least 3 days so the boutique have enough time to prepare your dress.
